Stampin' Up! Beautiful You card using paper piecing

Stampin' Up! Beautiful You with paper piecing using Floral Boutique DSP

Today's card is one I made for a birthday so I hope the recipient isn't looking in!

I've used the Beautiful You stamp set again from the Spring/Summer catalogue. It really is a beautiful set and this is just one of three different figures. I have seen some fabulous paper piecing of this set so I thought I'd have a go myself.

I've used some of the Floral Boutique DSP for both the dress and the strip on the card. I've also embossed one side of the mat using the Petal Burst embossing folder.

Now that the Stitched Framelits are back on sale I thought I'd use the ovals for the figure and the sentiment.

A quick reminder - the new spring/summer catalogue is out with loads of great new stamp sets, dies, DSP etc etc.

If it's the Spring/Summer catalogue that also measn Sale-a-bration, which means FREE stuff!

For every €60/£45 you spend in either the Spring/Summer catalogue or Annual catalogue until March 31st you get to choose a FREE items from the Sale-a-brationn brochure.

And - if you decide to join Stampin Up! as a demo, and I'd love to have you in my team (if you live in the UK, France, the Netherlands, Austria or Germany), you get to choose an extra 2 stamp sets FREE! So for €129/£99 you choose €175/£130 worth of products, then you can choose an extra 2 stamp sets. 1. Thanks for your kind words! I think there are lots of different options with this set, not just with paper piecing the dresses, but also making scenes for the ladies. I've seen some cards using Mediterranean Moments as the background.

  2. Karen ... I've seen this card paper pieced a lot, but your combination really knocked my socks off. The prettiest one I've seen. Thank you for sharing your inspiration.
